Subscription & Cancellation Policy
This page states what you are charged, on what day, how often, and how to stop it. The figures here are generated from the same source as the ones on the checkout page, so they cannot disagree with what you were shown.

The short version
- Everything here renews automatically until you cancel it. That is how a subscription works, and we would rather you read it here than discover it on a statement.
- Cancelling takes one email. No phone call, no retention offer, no form that asks you three times if you are sure. See How to cancel.
- You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling never shortens time you have bought.
- We never change the price of a period you have already started, and we tell you before a new price applies.
The plans and what each charges
These are all the plans we sell. The sentence in the shaded box under each plan is the same sentence printed next to the button at checkout — literally the same string, read from the same file.

All amounts are in USD and exclude any sales tax your state requires, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
When you are charged
Day 0 is the day you buy. Renewal days are counted from that day and they do not move — if you buy on the 31st, your renewal is 28 or 84 days later, not "the 31st of some month".
7-Day Full Access
- Day 0 — $1.95. Charged when you buy. Starts your 7-day full access.
- Day 7 — $29.95. First renewal, the day your 7-day trial ends.
- Day 35 — $29.95. Second renewal, and the same amount every 28 days after that.
Monthly Plan
- Day 0 — $29.95. Charged when you buy. Covers the first period in full.
- Day 28 — $29.95. First renewal.
- Day 56 — $29.95. Second renewal, and the same amount every 28 days after that.
3-Month Plan
- Day 0 — $59.95. Charged when you buy. Covers the first period in full.
- Day 84 — $59.95. First renewal.
- Day 168 — $59.95. Second renewal, and the same amount every 84 days after that.
Your exact renewal date is shown to you at checkout, repeated in your confirmation email, and shown again in the billing portal linked from every receipt. We also email you a receipt every time a renewal is charged, so a charge never arrives without a record.
How the 7-day trial works
The trial is not free and it is not open-ended. Here is the whole of it:
- You pay $1.95 today. That buys 7 days of full access.
- On day 7 — the day the trial ends — the plan renews at $29.95 and continues every 4 weeks after that.
- If you cancel at any point before day 7, the $29.95 charge never happens. You keep access for the rest of the 7 days you paid for.
There is one trial length on this site and it is 7 days. It is 7 days on the checkout page, in your confirmation email and here. If you ever see a different number anywhere on this site, that is a mistake on our side — email [email protected] and we will honour whichever terms are better for you while we fix it.
How to cancel
Either route works, and both take effect immediately.
1. From your receipt email (fastest)
Open any receipt or confirmation email from us and click Manage subscription. That opens the billing portal run by our payment processor, where Cancel plan ends the subscription on the spot. You will see a confirmation screen and get a confirmation email.
2. By email
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Cancel my subscription".
- Send it from the address you used at checkout, so we can find the subscription.
- We cancel it and reply with a confirmation. We aim to do this within one business day, and we always backdate the cancellation to the moment your email arrived.
That last point matters: if your email lands before the renewal date and we process it after, you are not charged. If a renewal slips through anyway, we refund it — see our refund policy.
We do not require a phone call, a reason, a survey, or a chat session to cancel. There is a dedicated page for it at testy-me.com/cancel-subscription/ and it is linked from the footer of every page on this site.
What happens after you cancel
- Future charges stop. There are no exit fees and no final invoice.
- Access continues to the end of the period you paid for. If you are on the Monthly Plan and cancel on day 5, you keep access until day 28. On the 3-Month Plan, until day 84.
- Your results stay readable for the rest of that period. After it ends, you can still request a copy of your own data at any time — see the privacy policy.
- We keep your account data for the retention periods in the privacy policy, unless you ask us to delete it. You can ask at any time.
- You can resubscribe later at whatever price is then current.
If a payment fails
Cards expire and banks decline things. If a renewal fails, we email you, and our payment processor retries a small number of times over roughly two weeks. Access is paused while the balance is unpaid and resumes the moment a retry succeeds.
If none of the retries succeed, the subscription is cancelled automatically. We do not send unpaid balances to collections and we do not charge a late fee.
If we change the price
A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If we change what you pay on renewal, we email the address on your account at least 30 days before the first renewal at the new price, and that email states the old price, the new price and the date. If you do nothing, the new price applies. If you cancel before that date, it never does.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges; a refund returns money already taken. They are separate things and you can ask for both. The full terms are in our refund policy — the short version is that we refund an unwanted renewal charge if you tell us within 14 days, without arguing about it.
Your auto-renewal rights
US federal rules and several state automatic-renewal laws — California's in particular — say that a subscription like this must present its terms clearly and conspicuously before you pay, get your affirmative consent to the recurring charge, send you an acknowledgement you can keep, and let you cancel through the same channel you signed up in. We build to that standard everywhere, for everyone, rather than by state:
- The renewal amount, the renewal interval and the cancellation route appear next to the purchase button, in readable type, before you pay.
- Nothing is pre-ticked. You choose a plan deliberately.
- Your confirmation email repeats all of it, including the date of the first renewal.
- You signed up online, so you can cancel online, in one step, without speaking to anyone.
If you believe a charge on your statement does not match what you were shown, email [email protected] before contacting your bank. We can usually resolve it the same day, and a resolved email costs you less time than a dispute does.
