One trial length, one renewal amount, stated the same way everywhere on this site. If you find two numbers that disagree, that is a bug — tell us and we will fix it.
What exactly happens after the 7-day trial?
Auto-renews at $29.95 every 4 weeks after your 7-day trial. Cancel anytime. There is one trial length on this site and it is 7 days — the same number appears on the checkout page, in your receipt and in the reminder email.
How do I cancel?
From the cancel subscription page, or by emailing support. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends. There is no phone call and no retention flow designed to wear you down.
Will you remind me before you charge me?
Yes. We email before the first renewal on the trial plan, with the amount and the date in the subject line. The full terms are in the subscription and cancellation policy.
Can I get a refund?
Refund conditions are set out in the refund policy. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact support — that is the case the policy exists for.
Do I need a plan to see my result?
No. Your position on all four axes, your profile name and your match percentage are free and shown without an account. A plan unlocks the full written report and everything else in the table above.
Do prices renew at the same amount I paid?
On the monthly plan and the 3-month plan, yes — the renewal amount is identical to the amount charged today. The 7-day full access is the exception, and it is stated on the card: $1.95 now, then $29.95 every 4 weeks.
