Cookie Policy

Most cookie policies describe cookies in general. This one lists the actual keys we write to your device, including the ones that only appear once you reach checkout.

What this covers

"Cookies" here means cookies and the equivalent browser storage — localStorage and similar. We use very little of either. This site ships almost no JavaScript on purpose, so there is not much to store.

Nothing in the analytics or marketing categories runs before you accept it. If you reject, or close the banner without choosing, we treat that as a rejection and only the strictly necessary items run.

These make the site work. They are not used to track you across other sites and they cannot be switched off, because switching them off would break the thing you came here to do.

Holds your answers while you are taking a test, so refreshing or losing signal does not throw away your progress. It stays on your device.

These tell us how the site is used in aggregate — which questions people quit on, which pages load slowly. Rejecting them costs you nothing; the site behaves identically.

These measure whether an ad we paid for led to someone actually finishing a test. Rejecting them costs you nothing.

Let the ad platform we bought a click from know that the click led to a completed test or a purchase. They receive an event name and a pseudonymous identifier — never your answers or your scores.

How to change your mind

  • Use the cookie settings button above. Your new choice applies immediately, on every page.
  • Clearing site data in your browser removes everything in the table, including the record of your choice — so the banner will ask again.
  • Blocking cookies entirely at the browser level is fine. The site still works; we simply cannot remember that you said no, so the banner reappears.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we read it as an opt-out of analytics and marketing storage and apply it without asking. You do not need to interact with the banner at all.
